I choose a ‘Strong matrix Organization due to the following reasons:

1. The project manager has it’s one role in the organization and he report to the CEO.
2. The Flight operations it’s a functional management that communicates with the project, but they have their own tasks independent from the project.
3. There is a need for full-time programmers that will modify the existing software to customize it for Wilmont.
4. It’s a high cost project that the Project manager will estimate according to the requirements.
5. This project is highly important for DroneTech in the long run.
6. The project manager is highly involve in the communication and arrangements between DronTech and Wilmont.
