PREVENTION ON GOVERNMENT TENDER

ABSTRACT

• This is a plan to make tender publishing online.

• As a part of it, tender data is recorded along with
particulars of the products, their specifications
and conditions.
• Tenders published will be visible to the visitors
of the site till the closing date of tender.

• LOGIN – Government will make a login
system with the default username and
password system
• VIEW USER- The government will view
the user who all got registered in the
system
• ADD MANAGER- the admin will add the
details of the manager who maintains the
contract details

account for the manager they will be
provided with a login session for the
contract development
• ADD CONTRACT- The manager will add
the contract details to the user regarding
road, building and so on.
• VIEW CONTRACT- The manager will
view the contract details which will be
merged only to the contractor

• REGISTER & LOGIN – the user will
make a register with entering their
personnel details. After the registration
process gets over they will make a login
session with the created username and
password
• VIEW & APPLY- The user will view the
contract details and apply with a
quotation in it. The details will be stored
with a fragmentation based block chain
server.

• Is an unsecured process.
• Another person’s easily access the tender
registered people.
• Existing described as human work
process and time consuming process.
ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM

• All the tender registration are using a

block chain secured methods.
• Another one secured level is are using a
cryptography.
• In our proposed system reduces all the
drawbacks of the existing system.
