Introduction: Feeding America

Mission Statement:

“Our mission is to feed America's hungry through a nationwide network of


food banks and engage our country in the fight to end hunger” (Feeding
America)

The Big Vision:

Simply put ‘Food. Hope. Sustainability.’ (Feeding America). Feeding


America aims to provide nourishing and healthy food options. Provide hope
to those struggling with hunger. And foster sustainability by saving good
food from going to waste.

● The main political issue concerning Mexico is that the


indinginous population that is located there are neglected by its
government. In addition, the economic concerns are that a large
population of citizens have difficulty affording food.

US only have one or two Feeding America locations.

● Only 31 of the 200+ locations are in the western half


of the United States

● Feeding America is missing a huge portion of the


states, thus missing a large population and missing
out on waste from their vast agricultural industry
