Peran dan Tanggung jawab

• Each role carries with it specific expectations for job performance and
responsibilities.

• An individual's ability to function in a role is based on educational


preparation, professional boundaries and responsibilities, and prior
experience in the role.

• As in life, most people working in organizations have multiple roles.


Praktisi / Klinisi OT
• Provides quality occupational therapy services, including
evaluation, intervention, program planning and
implementation, discharge planning related
documentation, and communication.

• Service provision may include direct, monitored, and


consultative approaches.
Pendidik Masyarakat
• Develops and provides educational offering or
training related to occupational therapy to
consumer, peer, and community individuals or
groups.
Pembimbing Praktik Klinik

• Manages fieldwork in a practice setting. (mengelola praktik klinik di lahan


praktik)
• Provides OT students with opportunities to practice and carry out practitioner
competencies.
• Manages the overall daily operation of occupational therapy services in defined
practice area (mengelola operasional layanan okupasi terapi di area praktik)

• Manages department, program, services, or agency providing occupational


therapy services (mengelola program, layanan atau departemen yang
memberikan layanan OT).
Dosen / Tenaga Pendidik
• Provides formal academic education for OT students.

• Manages the educational program for OT students.


Peneliti / Ilmuwan

• Evaluating the profession's body of knowledge,


theoretical base, and philosophical foundations
(mengevaluasi kerangka ilmu profesi, dasar-
dasar teori, dan fondasi filosofis)
Enterprenuer / Pengusaha
• partially or fully self-employed individuals who
provide occupational therapy (merekruit atau
memperkerjakan induvidu untuk menyelenggarakan

Level Kinerja Okupasi Terapi
• OT practitioners perform at one of three levels: entry,
intermediate, or advanced.

• An individual's level of performance is not based on years


of experience in the field because this is not a valid
indicator of performance. Instead, the practitioner's level of
performance is based on attaining a higher skill level
through work experience, education, and professional
socialization

Level Menengah (Intermediate)

• Specialization is frequently initiated, along with increased responsibility for

role-relevant professional activities is increased
Level Ahli

• "Understanding of complex issues affecting role functions

• Advanced Contribution to the knowledge base and growth of the


profession results in being considered an expert, resource person, or
consultant within a role.

• This expertise is recognized by others inside and outside of the profession


through leadership, mentoring, research, education, and volunteerism.
