• at for a PRECISE TIME

• in for MONTHS, YEARS, CENTURIES and LONG PERIODS
• on for DAYS and DATES
 AT- PRECISE TIME

• I have a meeting at 9am.

• The shop closes at midnight.
• Jane went home at lunchtime.
