The MRA procedure is performed to

to the brain, neck, heart, chest,
abdomen, pelvis, arms and legs.
The medical team will recommend an MRA for the
following conditions:
1. Stroke
2. Hearts disease
3. Vasculitis
4. Aortic aneurysm
5. Atherosclerosis
6. Carotid artery disease
7. Mesentric artery ischemia
The MRA Procedure is relatively safe medical procedure because it
does not use radiation such as x-rays.
The risks of MRA due to the use of contrast agents and sedation
include :
1. Nausea
2. Flushing
3. Headache
4. Allergic reactions
