HEALTHCARE
Overview

▪ This final project will encompass your knowledge


of careers in healthcare, including your
understanding of where to get information about
the educational requirements, salary, and job
description.
▪ This project is personalized to your own interests,
talents, strengths, and personality traits.
▪ Your assignment is worth 100 points, so you need
to ensure that you have followed all of the
criteria, including citing your work.
Objectives

▪ Student will choose a career in healthcare


that he or she would like to pursue.
▪ Student will identify what is required in
order to achieve this goal from high school
to employment.
▪ Student will be able to identify
employability skills that are necessary for
their field.
▪ Student will make a five year plan for their
career.

organizations. Do they have dues? How
often?
▪ Find a CPR/BLS class near you and share
the link to the education center that it is
offered at. (CPR certification is often
required for all medical careers).
▪ Include a photo of the professional
organization logo.
