My coach here is teaching me on how to defend a smash, by positioning myself slightly behind my footwork base, cause this gives me some time to ‘catch’ the flight direction of the smash, so that I have enough time to react. (video) 3 R D DAY TRAINING

In this videserve. coach is
teaching me on how to Defend high serve. WHAT I GAINED
• I gained more knowledge and new skills from my coach
and especially I met a lot of new friends. Playing Badminton taught me how to grip the racket, hit a smash, move around the court, how to defend and how to score. By learning the basics I can do various tricks and will be able to ace various skills. It is similar to life, learn what you want to do, how you want it and why you want something, it just make things very simple.
