BADMINTON TRAINING

HOW I STARTED PLAYING BADMINTON

• I lways play badminton with my family before,


while I was playing my mom noticed that I have
potential and skills in playing badminton. So
She decided to train me with a professional
badminton coach.
FIRST DAY TRAINING

This video was taken on July 18,


2020, First day of Training. My
coach taught me the basic grips
such as forehand and backhand, By
the way I’m the one who is wearing
blue sleeveless sports shirt.
3 R D DAY TRAINING

July 25, 2020, 3rd day of Training,


My coach here is teaching me on
how to defend a smash, by
positioning myself slightly behind
my footwork base, cause this gives
me some time to ‘catch’ the flight
direction of the smash, so that I
have enough time to react.

WHAT I GAINED

• I gained more knowledge and new skills from my coach


and especially I met a lot of new friends. Playing
Badminton taught me how to grip the racket, hit a smash,
move around the court, how to defend and how to score. By
learning the basics I can do various tricks and will be able
to ace various skills. It is similar to life, learn what you
want to do, how you want it and why you want something,
it just make things very simple.
