 PREAMBULE OF STATUTE

 SOME SENTENCES IN THE
PREAMBULE
• Deity is the sole right of Allah "

• "God and worship as well as submit and obey Allah is the obligation of
his creature"

• "A society that is prosperous, safe, peaceful, prosperous and happy can
only be realized on the basis of justice, honesty, brotherhood and mutual
cooperation, helping each other with the true law of God, free from the
influence of Satan and lust."
• Allah’s religion which were brought and taught by all wise and holy-
spirited prophets is the only subject of law in the main and best society."

• (3:104) “And let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good,
enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be the successful.”
 ‫بَ ْل َدةٌ طَيِّبَةٌ َو َربٌّ َغفُو ٌر‬
"A beautiful, clean, holy, and prosperous country under the protection of
the most merciful God"

"Hopefully the Muslims can be delivered to the gate of heaven jannatun

naim with the pleasure of Allah."
 MAIN THOUGHTS
1. Human life must be based on Tauhid (affirming Allah): being godly, worshiping, and
submitting and obeying only Allah.
2. Human life is social
3. Only the true law of Allah, the only one that can be used as a foundation and foundation to
form the main Muslim person and regulate the order of life together (in society) in leading
to a truly happy and prosperous life, in this world and in the hereafter.
4. Struggling to uphold the religion of Islam to create a truly Islamic society is mandatory, as
worship to Allah bears ikhsan and ishlah to humans / society
5. The struggle to uphold Islam, so that a real society will only be successful if it
follows in the footsteps (Ittiba ') of the struggles of the prophets, especially the
struggle of the Prophet Muhammad.

6. The struggle to realize these points of thought can only be carried out properly and
successfully if it is done by way of organization. Organization is the only means of
struggle at its best.

7. The principles of spirit as described and explained above are those that can be
realized, their beliefs and ideals in life, especially to achieve their goals, namely
the realization of a just and prosperous society, physically and mentally blessed by
Allah, namely a real society.
 TAUHID

(21:25) And We sent not before you any messenger except that We
revealed to him that, “There is no deity except Me, so worship Me.”
 ON HUMAN BEINGS

(95:4) We have certainly created man in the best of stature;

(95:5) Then We return him to the lowest of the low,

(95:6) Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a reward uninterrupted.
 WORSHIPPING AS KHALIFAH

And [mention, O Muḥammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed,
I will make upon the earth a successive authority.” They said, "Will You
place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we
exalt You with praise and declare Your perfection?” He [Allah] said,
"Indeed, I know that which you do not know."
 ISLAM AS THE ONLY PERFECT RELIGION

‫يت لَ ُك ُم اإْل ِ ْساَل َم‬

ُ ‫ض‬ ِ ‫ت َعلَ ْي ُك ْم نِ ْع َمتِي َو َر‬ ُ ‫ت لَ ُك ْم ِدينَ ُك ْم َوأَ ْت َم ْم‬
ُ ‫ْاليَ ْو َم أَ ْك َم ْل‬
‫ف إِل ِ ْث ٍم ۙ فَإ ِ َّن هَّللا َ َغفُو ٌر َر ِحي ٌم‬ َ ‫اضطُ َّر فِي َم ْخ َم‬
ٍ ِ‫ص ٍة َغ ْي َر ُمتَ َجان‬ ْ ‫ِدينًا ۚ فَ َم ِن‬

This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon
you and have approved for you Islam as religion. But whoever is forced by
severe hunger with no inclination to sin – then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and
Merciful.
 ISLAM AS RAHMATAN LIL
‘ALAMIN

(21:107) And We have not sent you,

[O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.
