    R.M.L. is a 1-year-old male who presented with a large frontal fontanelle. He was born at term via normal vaginal delivery with Apgar scores of 8/9 and weighed 3000g. On examination, he had a broad frontal fontanelle, low nasal bridge, microretrognathia, high palate, two central incisors, pectum carinatum, and agenesis of the ischiopubic rami. Brain imaging showed no abnormalities, and vitamin D levels were deficient. He is being managed with a multidisciplinary team including endocrinology, neurology, neurosurgery, and traumatology.
