The puerperium lasts about 6 weeks. Purpose: The author is able to provide and apply nursing care to spontaneous post partum patient in the Mawar room at Abdul Wahab Syahranie Hospital Samarinda. Method: The method used is a case study method with an approach Nursing care involving 2 respondents. Data collection using nursing care which includes assessment, diagnosis Nursing, Intervention, Implementation, and Evaluation. Collection instrument The data used the appropriate postpartum nursing care assessment format applicable provision. Results and Discussion: In client 1 and client 2 the same problem is pain acute, and ineffective peripheral tissue perfusion. While the problem is differentin client 1 namely ineffective breastfeeding and the problem in patient 2 is risk infection. Conclusions and suggestions: there is 1 problem that is well resolved and 3 partially resolved problem. So suggestions for further researchers, in order to get it prolong treatment time so that the results get optimal.
