 Reducing the wait time in procurements of medical supplies.

Analysis
 Timed delivery of the minimum required to each zone can be done.
It will be a set schedule where a uniform number of medicine will
be delivered to each zone based on the need level. There is a lag of
3 - 4 days in procurement of drugs in government hospitals.
 For beds, we can rent marriage halls and sports stadiums which are
currently unused for space for beds, since the large area will allow
for enough distancing as well.
 Hostel facilities in colleges can be leased to hospitals
