What is the biggest lesson you learned on this
consultancy? How?
Rather than a lesson, I have question that I learned this year as I lead a
group of people/team and that is “how can I execute my vision?” because
it feels as though my team does not care enough about the project so how
can I still execute the goals I set and accomplish the task? how can I make
them care or make them give their 100% even if they don’t care?
