Environmental Scanning – development of a competitive
mindset, considering future business scenarios, business
predictions/forecasting and benchmarking

Benchmarking – the process of measuring or comparing one’s

own products or services, and practices from the industry
leaders.

of human development index, availability of benefits
provided by science and tech, growing opportunities and
general welfare.
• Human Development Index – a measure of a country’s
socio economic and development based on data and life
experiences.
