What is x-ray machine

X-ray Inspection system designed to check the luggage ， sometime we need to check
the luggage, It’s not convenient to open all the luggage to check, X-ray machine could
through the luggage and show all items on the computer, with different color and shape,
so we could find suspicious items easily.

What is true color image and pseudo image?

True Color Image: Different materials would be Pseudo Color Image: Cannot distinguish the
displayed as different colors. Inorganic is blue, material of items. The color only indicates the
organic is orange, mixture is green. High-density density. Blue area has higher density than orange

Main Function & Parameter

• High density material alarm: If system found some material has high density that X-
ray could not penetrate, will alarm automatically.
• Energy saving function: Belt will move automatically when there is any baggage be put
on the belt.
• TIP (Threat Image Projection): Put threat image into scanning images to improve
operator’s reaction time and accuracy.
• Fingerprint log in: Prevent operators from forgetting password, and ensure the operators
identification, in case of the impostor.
Main Function & Parameter

• Steel penetration: the ability to detect an object behind or in the presence of a shielding
object, typically a steel plate. Steel penetration is defined in millimeters (mm).

• Wire resolution: the ability to detect incredibly thin wires. For example, the wire tested is as
thin as the electrical wires possibly in a bomb timer’s circuit. Wire resolution is expressed in terms
of American Wire Gauge (i.e.40 AWG). Note that the thinner the wire, the larger the gauge
numeration.
