How Does Sound Healing Work?
• Interconnection of the body: Over or under arousal of brain waves will cause physical and emotional
issues: anxiety disorders, sleep difficulties, hyper-vigilance, anger, depression, and migraines

• Sound healing can lower brain waves from beta waves (waking energy) to Alpha, resting energy
waves to Theta waves (deep relaxation), delta waves (deep healing occurs)

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION

• Very relaxing and enjoyable


• Powerful: Can bring up some intense underlying emotions
• Drinking lots of water and rest is a must after
LET’S TRY IT!
HUMMING BEE BREATH
• Sit comfortably with your spine erect and close your eyes.
• Close your ears with either your index or middle fingers.
• Lightly press your lips together and slightly open your teeth.
• Bring the inner gaze into the Ajna (sixth) chakra.
• Breathe in through your nose.
• As you exhale, make a smooth, even, humming sound, like the sound of a
bumblebee.
• Continue for 3 to 5 minutes feeling the vibration throughout the body.
