Who are the
Hunter-Gatherers?

-People who hunted

animals and gather
wild plants, seeds,
fruits, and nuts to
survive during the
Old Stone Age.
Hunter-Gatherers were
Nomadic !

- People migrate (move)

according to the seasons
from place to place in
search of food, and water.
- They did not live in one
place like us.
- They did not have the
knowledge of farming yet.

- Women collected
plants and stayed near
camp.
- Men were in charge of
hunting.
- Both men and women

Hunter-gatherers
chose to live in caves
and rock shelters
because they
provided them
protection from the
rain, heat and wind.
