HOW CAN WE DEAL WITH

PRESSURE FROM
EXAMINATION?

Do sports !
Relax by going out!
When we are being stressed out by the pressure of
examinations ,why not try to have some exercise? It is
always a good choice to breathe some fresh air outside and
look at the bright sun. These things can make you relax and
clam down and prepare for the examination.
Doing sports is also a great way for us to relax ourselves
during exams. We can choose to either do some push ups
at home or go cycling to entertain and relax from the
pressure of exam. By doing exercise like this , our brain
can dopamine that can make us happy. We can relax
ourselves in this way.
 The last way I would suggest for relaxing yourself during
exams is to read listen to pure music. By listening to pure
music, we can relax ourselves.
 These are all my ways to relax during the examination.
