Simple dialogue about Fruits
Jack: Hello, Andy.
Andy: Oh, hello, Jack. What are those?
Jack: These are two pieces of watermelon. Do you
want a piece?
Andy: Nope, thank you.
Jack: Are you sure?
Andy: Yes. I don’t like watermelon.
Jack: Oh, really? Why do you dislike watermelon? To
me the taste is really good.
Andy: I just don't like the watery texture of
watermelon. To me, the taste is less sweet. I
guess that's why I don't like eating watermelon.
Jack: I understand. That can be. My sister also said
the same reason when I ask why she didn’t like
watermelon.
Andy: Yup, absolutely. It’s about the taste of each
person.
Fruits
Nancy: Hello Kelsie.
Kelsie: Oh, hi Nan. You look so happy today.
Nancy: Yeah, my family’s orchard is already full of fruits. And
here’s the good news, we will reap all the fruits that we
have planted during this April.
Kelsie: Wow, that’s such a good news. I am happy to hear that.
Nancy: Anyway, what are your favorite fruits? I will give some
of them when we reap those fruits.
Kelsie: I love strawberry and apple.
Nancy: Oh, I love strawberry as well, but I’m afraid there aren’t
enough strawberries because we’ve only planted a few
of them. But, don’t worry, we have oranges and grapes.
Which one do you prefer?
Kelsie: That’s okay. I prefer grape to orange.
Nancy: Good. I’ll give apples and oranges for you.
Kelsie: Thanks in advance.
Telling about Favorite Fruits
My name is Nancy. I have an orchard behind
my house. My family and I have planted so
many kinds of fruits there. Some of those
fruits are my favorite fruits and the rests are
my family's favorite fruits.
Talking about favorite fruits, I do love
strawberry, cherry, and orange. I like the sour
taste of strawberry. The taste is just different
from the other fruits. I love orange and cherry
because they are sweet. I really like sweet and
sour fruits.
