Typeform
Visit Typeform.com then create an account using your email
address.
After that typeform will send an activation account through your email address
Then you need to set up your profile.
This is the main page of typeform you need to select the
template according to your survey.
After clicking the chosen template, you will see the front page of the survey
form.

Then click the "use this template" to edit the questions in the
survey form
 Then this will be the next page
After that click the same object that I've encircled to edit the survey
form.
This will be the next process, click any of those questions to edit.
This is the example of the editing process.
After editing your forms, go and click the share button.
Click the copy link, then send it to your respondents through internet or social
media platforms.
After that click the result button to see the responses.
