Broad Statement of Scope

 This project aims to provide a safe and secure transit of hospital waste from the point of
origin to the point where it disposes off and also to take the advantage of disposal process.
 Using efficient Supply Chain Model and creating value by using Digitalizing techniques.
 We will provide a solution of waste management system for Hospitals and also to reduce
the impact of COVID-19 pandemic.
 This project will be outsourced and must be financed by the third party.
 Cost factors and pricing strategy involved in whole project.
Project Objective

 To minimize the spread of diseases caused by the improper disposal of hospital waste.
 Disposal of waste materials like masks, gloves, PPEs, surgical instruments used in
hospitals with utmost care.
 To achieve the optimum output through integrating the concept of supply chain
management and financial management.
 To implement a flexible model of medical waste management such that it can be applicable
and adaptable to changes according to the needs.
Anticipated Benefits

 This process will simply help to reduce the spread of the infectious disease.
 Standardization of channeled waste management system.
 To provide new business opportunities in the market to open a new sector of waste
management.
 It will simply improve the environmental conditions reducing the amount of waste and its
irregular use.
 Using the energy generated during disposal to attain certain desirable output by integrating
