 In 2020, Big Bazaar was acquired by Reliance Retail, the retail division of
the Reliance Industries, as part of a ₹24,713 crore ($3.36 billion) sale
transaction of Future Group. 
 The acquisition is being disputed in Singapore courts by Amazon, which is
citing a contract agreement prohibiting deals with 'restricted list' of
companies.

 This study is needed to understand the In-Depth Knowledge on HRIS.


 This study shows The impact of HRIS on Big Bazaar that they are using.
 This study needs to understand how HRIS helps to achieve “Equality” in
areas like Promotion, Transfer etc.
SCOPE OF STUDY

 The Study comprises the data which gives an overview of Future 360 at Big
Bazaar.
 The Study reveals how is Big Bazaar HR is getting benefited by using
Future 360 as its HRIS System.
 The time period considered to do this internship & to collect data is 3 weeks.
OBJECTIVES OF STUDY

 To understand Features & Functions of Future 360(HRIS software at Big


Bazaar).
 To know who are the main users of Future 360 at Big Bazaar.
 To Measure Efficiency & Effectiveness of Future 360 with respect to HR &
organization.

 This study is based on primary data, Secondary data.


 The data in the study belongs to Qualitative data

 I am conducting this observation by doing Internship under HR


Manager at Big Bazaar ,Nellore:
* Under this Internship, I got a chance to observe how HRIS works
and what it is!
* My Role in this internship is to assist under HR Manager at his
work
* I am using notes-taking, Screenshots to record required data for this
study
LIMITATIONS OF STUDY

 I am collecting the required data from the HR management Big Bazaar


,Nellore branch only.
 This study is only limited to concept of HRIS features & functions, it does
not gives any data related to HR operations.
