PURPOSE OF THIS PRESENTATION

 The effective role diadem plays to KPs through its OSSs
A BRIEF
Diadem Started in 2015 December on grant by IHVN in 3 states FCT, Nasarawa and Benue state
through its Referral/linkage coupon strategy
Diadem Consults provides mentorship and supportive services to 65 IHVN supported facilities
across FCT (3 LGAs) and Nasarawa State (6 LGAs) ensuring effective linkage of all identified
clients through its Coupon Strategy in the facility from all testing points and communities,
Monitoring of EID/HEI services, PNS and GT services for all reactive clients
Diadem OSS operates in the FCT, Rivers and Nasarawa state, Diadem OSS offers adequate
quality Health services to Key population (MSM, FSW, TGs, and PWID), Diadem OSS embarks on
different surge project which include HIV Testing services, Community enrolment, collection
of Viral load samples & ensuring all clients are virally suppressed, biometric data capturing
Social Network Strategy (SNS) is very effective strategy for KPs which diadem adopted is an
evidence-supported approach to engaging and motivating a person to accept a service that is
based on the underlying principle that persons within the same social network who know,
trust, and can exert influence on each other share the same risks and risk behaviors for HIV.
 REFERAL AND LINKAGE
 Reimbursement of #1000 for every new reactive client in the facility
 Referring of Clients through its coupon to facilities
 Adherence Counselling for clients
 Ensuring all clients are properly linked to facility of their choice
 Weekly Facility Tracking to all facilities in both FCT and Nasarawa state to
ensure all clients properly linked without gaps
 We provide escort services for reactive clients to facility
 We provide PNS & GT services to reactive clients
 HEI/EID LINKAGE
 We ensure adequate follow up on all babies due for sample collection
 We provide escort services for mothers who are yet to come for DBS
collection due to Transportation challenges
 We work closely with Sample Riders to ensure delayed samples result are
back to the facility
 We work closely with Mentor Mothers to ensure proper documentation of
house address for proper follow up of babies due for DBS
 Counselling of Mothers who refuse to bring their babies for DBS
FACILITY SUPPORT
 Payment of stipend to Facility Focal Persons
 Proper follow up with mentor mothers on DBS
 We work closely with Lab Technicians, Sample Riders to ensure no gap in the
HEI/EID Linkage
 Work closely with IHVN PITC staff and Community Testers for counselling
difficult clients who are yet to enrol
