5.0 LAND USE PLANNING PROPOSALS

5.1 Formulation of VLUM committee


• Village land use commette (VLUMC) was formulated having 8
members
• VLUMC was formulated depending on gender and members who
have knowledge of village boundary and resources
5.2 Planning Considerations
In planning proposed land uses the following consinderations were
adhered
• Legislations (guidelines, policies and acts)
• Planning Theories and concepts
• Existing land uses
• Demographic projection
In 2031 the population is projected to be
