    Women leaders are not really unusual


    nowadays, but many people still have doubts
    about them. Most of them believe that men are
    more compatible to be leaders On the other
    hand, women tend to be perceived as being too
    ‘weak’ to be leaders as women tend to be
    viewed as more sensitive and fragile.

    Because most people
    associate leadership
    abilities with masculine
    traits.
