Existing solutions and experience of users
• Effectiveness of existing solutions
- Fetal brain is very small so separation of MRI
imaging are taking very much time.
- As discussed with Radiologist automatic tool
required for fast pre-processing.
• Improvements needed
- Automatic accurate extracting brain from
head by applying various morphological
operations.
- Accurately detecting different abnormalities
at initially stage from fetus brain formation.
6
Problem Statement
- Automatic accurate extracting brain from head by applying
various morphological operations
- Deep CNN is very efficient in terms of processing a large
amount of image data in very efficient way. Develop a deep
learning-based model to detect types of fetus brain
abnormalities in details from Fetal brain MRI can help to
improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment planning to
child in early stage at efficient.
