Intro to Syniverse/Crossroads
• You can use HOW7612 and HOW7601 for details on syniverse/crossroads and find the information provided
here in those documents. These reference how to submit ports for voice lines and the steps are not
transferrable to mobile. See nexdocumentst section for details. These documents are only for general
informations.

• You can find Syniverse/Crossroads in the toolkit or by accessing HOW7612 and using the link
https://mysyniverse.syniverse.com and putting in your syniverse/crossroads specific username and
password

Submitting a Ticket
• You should only be submitting port in requests through XM360 or CRM for mobile.

• Using syniverse to open a new request for mobile lines will result in the request not connecting to CRM or XM360. The
port will sit in an unusable status in syniverse and will not connect.

• Please note for understanding of language, when submitting a new port request in syniverse it is often called submitting
a Local Service Request or LSR.

• To search for an existing port request select the WLNP tab at the top of the page and select “Port Center GUI”

• A new page will open, click on the arrow “Port Request/Response Administraton”

• A dropdown will appear allowing you to select “ICP Port Selection” or “ICP Port Details”

• You will most often use the “ICP Port Details” page as this will show you all necessary details used when submitting the
port as well as expected due date/time and any errors.

• “ICP Port Selection” as shown below allows you to see general information about the port such as the request number,
the status and the port type after you query the number that is being ported in.

• ICP Port Details will allow you to query the number being ported in and provide all the specifics about the port, including
the error received if there is one and the expected time and day of port after communicating with the OSP carrier.
