Heaven and earth will

pass away, but my words
will never pass away.
Mark 13:31
Heaven and earth will pass away. After the
final battle at the end of the millennial
kingdom, after Satan is thrown permanently
into the lake of fire and unbelievers are
judged at the great white throne (Revelation
20:7–15), God will destroy the corrupted
heaven and earth and create a new place for
His followers to live (Revelation 21:1). Even
then, Jesus' words will stand true.
Why recharged through God’s Powerful Word?

1.Nourishment:
The Bible is food that nourishes our spiritual life. Hebrews 5:12-14 describes the
teachings of God’s Word as both milk and solid food – both providing the spiritual
nutrients we need in order to grow.
2. Cleansing:
God’s Word renews our minds and cleanses our hearts
(Romans 12:2 Ephesians 5:26).
3. Guidance:
God’s Word shines a light on our pathway and shows us the right way to journey.
David said in Psalm 119:105, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my
path.”

circumstances that come our way. Jesus tells us:
Everyone who comes to Me and hears My words and acts on them . . . is like a man
building a house, who dug deep and laid a foundation on the rock; and when a
flood occurred, the torrent burst against that house and could not shake it, because
it had been well built (Luke 6:47-48).
Why recharged through God’s Powerful Word?

5.Fruitfulness:
God promises success and spiritual fruitfulness to those who
meditate on His Word and obey it (Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:1-3).
6. Victory:
God’s Word alerts us to Satan’s schemes, and it serves as a two-
edged sword to defeat him (2 Corinthians 2:11; Hebrews 4:12).

God’s Word is so powerful that when the devil came in the

wilderness to tempt Jesus, it was the Word of God that
Jesus used to overcome the attack., (Matthew 4:1-11).
Conclusion:
God’s WORD calls for a response from the human heart. Jesus is the divine
Sower who sows the seed of his WORD generously, but the fruitfulness of the
seed depends on the quality of the soil that receives it:
A sower went out to sow his seed. And as he sowed, some fell along the path
and was trampled underfoot, and the birds of the air devoured it. And some
fell on the rock, and as it grew up, it withered away, because it had no
moisture. And some fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up with it and
choked it. And some fell into good soil and grew and yielded a hundredfold.
(Luke 8:5-8)

Jesus explains this parable to, describe the variety of human responses to
God’s word: TONIGHT let our response be:

I AM A SEED , WILLING TO BE RECHARGED THROUGH THE
