Q 1) Which month the student should select in step 3? The month he/she is applying or the
month he/she is paying for?

A) The Month that he/she paid for(ex. If you made a payment on April for May premium,
then you have to input and select May)

2) Payment date that appears after completing the application, is it my premium payment
date or the reimbursement payment date?

A) It is the date that you paid the premium.

①You should upload the NHI premium payment receipt for every month.

②NHI premium will only be reimbursed for those submitted on the ZEUS system.

③The Submission due date is from 23th of each month to the end of the month.
You cannot upload your payment proofs other than this period, so please keep the
deadline.

④Acceptable proofs are shown as the above sample attachments.
