Modals are auxiliary verbs that

we write next to the main verb in
infinitive without the particle to.

 SHOULD advise.
 SHOULDN’T

the disco.
She cannot play chess very
well.
They must wear uniform
at work.
They mustn’t wear short skirt
at school.
