EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
 Tourism and hospitality today is backbone of many economies of the world. Many countries like Maldives , Mauritius,
and many European countries depends on tourism for their revenue generation. Tourism contributes towards complete
growth and development of a country: one, by bringing numerous economic value & benefits; and, second, helping in
build country's brand value, image & identity. Tourism industry goes beyond attractive destinations, to being an important
economic growth contributor.
 India in term of tourism and hospitality has a lot of untapped potential which is yet to be explored . We as a travel and
tourism firm are concerned for our hills and its beauty. Uttarakhand is a hotspot in this untapped and unexplored domain.
 Pahadi tourism is the latest concept in the Indian Tourism industry. It gives an opportunity to experience the real
enchanting and authentic contact with real life.
 The main problem in the tourism in such areas is of hospitality. Travellers face a no. of problems while being in these

 We as Pahadi routes are indulged in agri-tourism & eco-tourism. As project Pahadi routes will be located in
the hilly areas of Uttarakhand region. Pahadi routes provide a wide range of experience at our traditional
home stays, farms stays & various other activities such as Camping, experiencing culture , the festivities
,and life here.
MARKET
Promotion of pahadi tourism needs conceptual convergence with rural tourism, health tourism and adventure
tourism. Tourism is termed as instrument for employment generation, poverty alleviation and sustainable human
development. The world tourism organization has estimated that the tourism industry is growing at the rate of 4
percent a year. Whereas Indian tourism industry is growing at 10.1 percent which is 2.5 times more than the
world rate.
 Uttarakhand being a hilly state with serene environs offers immense tourism opportunities which includes
primarily religious sites, mountainous trekking, and other adventure sports besidesa wonderful experience of
its Himalayan heritage ,culture and festivities.So this venture of ours will exploit these segments.
 The tourism is not only constrained to the sites but to the culture and life of the peoples here.
Competition
Our main competitors will be mainly well established tour operators like Devils
on Wheels ,Uttarakhand holiday pvt ltd etc.
Most of these competitors marketing plan is more constricted and less of user
friendly consumer contacts. Moreover most of these companies are
outbound/outstation firms.
So these flaws will be an asset and building block for our new venture as a
indigenous service in this domain.

 Stamp paper for LLP agreement of state where LLP is to be incorporated.

OBTAIN COMPANY PAN NO

 Limited Liability Partnership (‘LLP’) registered in India shall submit a copy of


Certificate of Registration issued by the Registrar of LLP along with the PAN
application form.
 Identity proof of all partners, alongwith hard copy and photographs , self
attested.

•Photographs of designated partners;
•Copy of registration certificate of LLP;

• Copy of legal ownership document or municipal khata copy (in case of owned premises)
• Rent agreement and No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the owner of the premises (in
case of rented premises).
•Copy of LLP agreement;
•Copy of bank statement of LLP or cancelled cheque or first page of pass book;
•Copy of Board’s resolution.

Procedure to obtain No Objection Certificate

In continuation of this Ministry’s Circular No 2/2012 dated 1st March, 2012 on


registration of companies or LLPs where one of their objects is to carry on the
profession of Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost Accountant, Architect,
etc. relating to the requirement of obtaining NOC from the concerned regulator, it is
hereby stated that the approval of the council / regulator governing the profession
shall be obtained both at the time of application for incorporation and while seeking
to change the name of an existing Limited Liability Partnership.
2. All ROCs are accordingly advised to ensure that in-principle approval /NOC of the
regulator / institute governing such profession is obtained at the time of
incorporation/ conversion into LLP and not while making application for name
approval for new LLP.
3. However, in case of change of name of an existing LLP, NOC from the concerned
regulator shall be obtained at the time of making application for name approval
because change of name of LLP is made by filing Form 5 through STP mode.
