• Business Environment is sum or collection of all internal and external
factors such as employees, customers needs and expectations, supply
and demand, management, clients, suppliers, owners, activities by
government, innovation in technology, social trends, market trends,
economic changes, etc.

• Political environment Government actions which affects the


operations of a company or business. These actions may be on local,
regional, national or international level. Business owners and
managers pay close attention to the political environment to gauge
how government actions will affect their company.
