ABSTRACT

• In recent trends, smart buildings have become the base for the Internet of Things (IoT).

• The main objective of this paper is to design and implement a digital security system which can
deploy in secured zone where only authentic person can be entered.

• RSSI, Received signal strength indication is an inexpensive technology, can be implemented for
several applications such as security, asset tracking, people tracking, inventory detection, access
control applications.

• The door locking system functions in real time as the door open quickly, when user put their tag in
contact of reader.

• The system also creates a log containing check-in and check-out of each user along with basic
information of user.
OBJECTIVES
• Now a days, wireless technologies pervasive influence on our daily life is undeniable and in this
context. The IOT technology is in the spotlight.

• IOT allows our physical objects to be interconnect and exchange information.

• In particular, security management is wide study topic since humanity developed a need to keep
privately their information and their belongings.

• The main objective of this paper is to enhance the security of the door locking system.

• In this system we use received signal strength indication technology.

• The mobile device will be sending a signal via RSSI to the Arduino circuit that acts as a
connection between the smartphone and the servo motor after proper authentication is provided
using the WIFI database
EXISTING SYSTEM

• Naturally ,locks evolved thanks to modern electronic devices and IOT technology as well.

• We can find a diversity of interfaces like PIN,PAD ,TOUCHPAD,SIGNATURE PAD OR

BIOMETRICS used to authenticate the authorized persons

• Recently, Zigbee , Bluetooth , QR code, NFC and RFID based proposals for door lock controllers
have been presented as part of home automation system.

via Bluetooth.
PROPOSED SYSTEM

• In our project, the major objective has been to quantify how good and accurate is the RSSI model
in a wireless sensor network to estimate the location of a cooperative target and other RFID tags.

• The mobile device will be sending a signal via RSSI to the Arduino circuit that acts as a
connection between the smartphone and the servo motor after proper authentication is provided
using the WIFI database.

• The use of RSSI(Wi-Fi module) on smartphones is to provide ease of access with better security
than the conventional key.

• Any other person broken the lock suddenly intimated to authorized person in alert message and
other buzzer alarm activate.

OUTPUT

• This system use a signal that deliver read digitally via from any smartphone or other mobile
device.
• The proposed system has a unique username and password for each user maintained in the
database, which make is robust in case of theft or security breach of the mobile device.
• The user enter the right user credentials. Deadlock in open otherwise the lock does not open.
• When the un authorized person try to break the lock, the buzzer ring will alarm and sms or
mail will be send authorized person.
