that are currently in need for hiring candidates.

 To get in touch with the potential company’s HR.
 To understand the changes that the company is going
through due to the pandemic and know about their
current recruitment plans.
 To advertise them about timesjob.com.
 To send an email proposal to the potential
organizations.
THREE PHASES OF THE
INTERNSHIP PROJECT

To gather comprehensive information and data of the


HRs of different organizations.

To call the potential HR’s and have a conversation with


them.

To send an email proposal to the potential organizations


and also conduct demo session for those that seem to be
very satisfied.
OBSERVATIONS

 Based on my observation I understood that most of the


organizations were badly affected due to the pandemic as most
of them were facing financial problem.
 Many organizations were using other job portals.
 Many companies were not ready to share their personal
information.
 Some companies seemed uninterested due to many reasons.
 Some of the organizations were interested for a demo session
but asked to schedule it when things get back to normal.
LEARNINGS
 Gave me an insight into the different approaches an HR
needs to adopt.
 Learnt the importance of change management process and
the importance of H.R. departments engagement level
during the time of a pandemic.
 Got an opportunity to learn how job portals can be used as

 Learnt about the thumb rules that one needs follow when
contacting people online or offline as a part of business
development.
 Learned how to coordinate among various departments to
get a job done.
RECOMMENDATIONS

 I felt that there were few small areas where the company
should give more focus in order to improve the market base.

 More efforts should be put in for promotions as when


speaking about job portals, nakuri.com is the one that
comes in the minds of people first.
