Vanita doing his MBA with her friend Vilas and Victor they have bright modern
and innovative ideas, Victor advocated the introduction of non-vegetarian items
addition of a beer bar and keeping the café open without break from 7 am to 11
pm also different look for café such as decoration, seating arrangement in front
of vanita’s parent he accepted it but have a clear plan which should give road
map of each step and their result by implementing these changes.
ASSUMPTION

o There is no legal complication for running a beer bar and restaurant close to

a group of colleges.

o There are a large no of offices business establishment & residential houses

in proximity of Rupali café.

.
o There is adequate space available for effecting the proposed changes.

o The college authorities will not complain if café turn to beer bar & non-

vegetarian product.
PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION

To prepare a plan which should give road map of each step and its result after

implementation also Rupali café changing from single shift vegetarian café

to two shift, non-vegetarian restaurant with the beer bar. To give a different

look for café such as decoration, seating arrangement and other relevant

changes.
ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION

 First solution is to consider the wishes of the existing client that there is no

change in café.

 Second solution is apply the changes suggested by victor such as full time

café having dinner and lunch facilities non-vegetarian without having place

for the beer bar in the vicinity of the college.

 Third solution accepting the changes suggested by victor assuming that

person from the offices & business establishment in vicinity provide them

lunch and dinner with non-vegetarian and beer-bar and late evening

customer separating those from them by introducing a partition wall to

separate from beer bar.

BEST SOLUTION

 According to me the third solution is better person from the offices &

business establishment, college student and teacher in vicinity of rupali

café provide them lunch and dinner with non-vegetarian and beer-bar and

late evening customer.

 The effect of the beer bar on the atmosphere of café would have to be

evaluated by the partition wall in between the café.

IMPLEMENTATION

 Considering the best solution it will increase the profit of the café.

 This solution can put Rupali café on the path of growth and prepare it to

face competition through diversification of the product and provide more

option to customer.

 The change in infrastructure and its investment are gives an added value to

the café.
 Dinner facility attract the family member of the teacher, employee of the

company establishing in the vicinity of the café

 The new look by decoration and seat arrangement gives an modern look to

the café which ultimately add the value to the café
