SWOT Analysis technique is been credited to Albert Humphrey who lead a research
project at Stanford University in the 1960s and 1970s.

SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning technique used to evaluate the STRENGTH,


WEAKNESS , OPPORTUNITIES and THREATS of any business or an organization or a
product or a process.

SWOT Analysis guides to identify the positive and negative inside of an organization.
