Contract Staffing Services

• Contract-to-hire Model – Veritech employees are hired on a 9 months package model with renewal
facility for every 6 months.
- If the candidates are identified by clients and will be recruited on the payrolls of Veritech.
• Train-to-hire Model – Candidates are hired for training and then absorbed by the Client post
completion of training
• Recruitment Process Outsourcing Model – Our recruitment team will be deputed at customer
location
• Long Term Contract Model – a model where Veritech builds and maintains a team of say 8 to 10
candidates for a long tenure, say a year.
Permanent Staffing Services
Veritech scouts for and identifies prospective candidates with requisite skill sets for senior and middle
level positions on behalf of the client. The candidates are placed on the rolls of the client for a longer
tenure, in most cases more than a year. Veritech gets paid for assisting in the recruitment process.

Proposal to Wipro for providing low end and
low cost resources
Veritech shall provide 0 to 1 and 1 to 2 year experience in C/C++/Java/Testing with
B.Sc/B.Com/Diploma qualification

Highlights of this requirement are

• Complexity of the work will be very low, for example these resources will
execute/run the test case or design simple front end etc,
• Veritech will provide trained people,
• These candidates will not be billed for the first month at Wipro,
• Veritech shall manage the payroll
• Typically these resources will be engaged any where between 6 months to 2 years.
• After the initial engagement, Wipro has the option of hiring those candidates. In
case Wipro hires them, Wipro pays for recruitment fee of 8.33% of candidate CTC.
• In case Wipro decide not to hire, Wipro informs Veritech ideally 2 months in
advance for a specific resource, so Veritech can make some alternate arrangements
for the resource in question
