Description of Narrative Text’s Elements
 The orientation sets the scene, mood and introduces the characters. Try to include 'When',
'Where', 'Who' and 'What' in this section to explain to the reader what the story is going to be
about.
 The characters are the people (or actors) in the story. Usually a Protagonist (good guy or hero)
and an Antagonist (The bad guy or villain).
 The setting is the time and location in which your story takes place.
 The sequence of events is the order of events as they occur in a story. To find the sequence of
events, you should think about what happens in the beginning, middle, and end of the story.
 The conflict can be thought of as a challenge or problem that drives the action of the story .. It’s
what creates tension and builds suspense, which are the elements that make a story interesting.
 The resolution is the part of the story's plot where the main problem is resolved or worked out.
The resolution occurs after the falling action and is typically where the story ends.
