Health
If you’re juggling lots of
things like school,
chores, sports and
friends - it’s easy to
forget to look after
yourself.
Here are some things you can do:
In the morning

Have a good morning


routine - don`t forget
to brush your teeth,
wash your face or have
a shower.

Start the day with a


glass of water.

Eat a healthy breakfast:


for example, eggs,
pancakes or cereal keeps
your energy high. Drink
milk.
At noon
Remember to eat
healthy snacks at
school.

Don`t snack on too


much junk food.
Be active! You
can play tag with
your classmates
in the lunch
break. It’s
better to play
with your friends
than to be on
your phone.
In the
afternoon
Studying is important, but don’t forget to have
fun too! Do things you enjoy and do what makes
you feel good!

It’s ok to take a nap after a long day


at school. Then, call a friend and play
sports in the park together. Exercise
is more fun with your friends.

Have hobbies like drawing and reading books.


In the evening

Have a healthy dinner


with your family.

It`s important to eat


fish and meat. Don`t
forget to eat your
greens, too.
Eat some fruit for
dessert.
Don`t snack on junk
food in front of the
TV.
Try not to eat
after 8 p.m
At night

Sleep helps you rest and recharge your batteries for the next day. Don’t give it
up! It’s important to get 8 hours of sleep every night. Sleep helps with learning and
memory which makes it very important for school and studying.

Turn off your phone before you go to bed. You will talk to all your friends
tomorrow after a good breakfast.
At the weekend
Weekends are often the only days when you can
relax and not worry about school. If the
weather is good, you should go outside!

There’s so much you can do! Ask your parents


to drive you and your friends to the mountains.
You can all go for a long healthy walk and have
a picnic. You can take great photos too!

You can do something fun in your city too.


You can always ride a bike or a skateboard
in the park. Try something new, like the
bowling alley or the ice skating rink!
It’s really important to take care of yourself – there’s
only one of you!
