I planned and managed the teaching and learning process by making adjustments with the
activities listed in their modules. These activities are reflected in their Weekly Home
Learning Plan. Using various online learning platforms, the learners were engaged in
their lessons.

The activity sheets and summative tests that I used to deliver learning
for my students were aligned with the learning competencies.
Furthermore, I administer the summative test only when students are
on track with their self-phase modules.

I was able to design, select, organize and utilize different assessment strategies for my
learners. I made sure that the activity sheets and summative tests used were aligned
with the learning competencies.

I did online learning platforms like Group Chats, Google meet , google classrooms and online quizzes to keep the

I was able to monitor and evaluate learners’ progress and achievement through online kamustahan session and teacher-learner

I constantly participate in trainings and seminars with my colleagues, and it helped me


enhance my capabilities, enhance my knowledge and competencies and unlocked new skills
that are useful for teaching and learning processes during pandemic..

I was able to apply the things that I learned from these trainings like identifying the needs of the learners,
focusing on the type of intervention strategies suitable to the situation of the learners and familiarizing myself
with technologies to be able adapt to the new normal education. My participation in the trainings like the ones I
attended this year will always be part of my Professional Developmental Plan.

Teachers belong to a congregation that challenge their intellect and make maximum
utilization of their talents and capabilities. This institution offers boundless opportunities that
encourage teachers to improve their skills and perfect their abilities so they can be better
influence to the society and most especially to the learners.

For me, the LDM course entails my personal endeavor in my chosen profession. It
taught me that as an educator, I can be more equipped and withstand the diverse and ever-
changing educational landscape. It capacitated me to provide learners the right knowledge,
values and skills that are essential for their educational attainments which they strive to
achieve. My journey with this course has strengthened my confidence to adapt to the
unprecedented transition in educational setting like the utilization of technology for virtual
learning. This kind of adaptation has helped me search for effective and engaging ways to
continuously provide student learning and with this sudden paradigm shift in the world of
education, I was able to set realistic goals and expectations for a desired learning outcomes
