 Scanning the gaps and grooming of laborer and SHG mates.
 Video dissemination on INRM in local language.
 Capacity and knowledge building of beneficiaries for asset utilization.
 Try to assure that GRS can present the MGNREGA work in front of PRI
members.
 Assure the relation with SHGs mates, SHGs, PRI members and Block
functionaries.
 Work demand generation.
 Application from SHGs to sanction INRM schemes and women friendly
schemes.
 Exposure to different location where INRM planning and Mango
Plantation activity has taken place.

Challenges
 Timely payment to NREGA labours
 Some time does not support from block
administration for sanctioning of land
treatment schemes.
 Less engagement of GRS.
 Due to COVID-19 less participation of
villagers and PRI members in Planning
process.
