Our professor gave us an assignment to visit bank and make a report on it.
What you observe, what you like and dislike in bank? We went to the MCB BANK
THOKAR Branch and after spending a day in bank and observing their work
environment ,we could say that it’s the best services an individual could gain. A
bank
has everything that is needed for an average citizen. It includes the transfer of
money, quick cash loans , deposits, cheques , etc. All at one place thus saving time
and money by providing everything right in one place. There is an entire staff
facility in the bank that was ready to help whatever possible. The positive attitude
of the employees gave enormous confidence to the clients to deal with the bank
again aside from that, the bank also have various facilities like net banking ,
digital banking bank playing a vital role in the economy by providing means of
payment and mobilizing resources. Bank is the most important financial institution
in the economic development of a country. Dependingon the development of
banking sector today’s modern banks are not only providing traditional banking
but also expending the many financials services. In today’s world the lives of the
people directly are within the arena of banking .
Bank provides necessary funds for executing various programs in the process of
economic development. They collect savings from large masses of people scattered
throughout the country , which in the
absence of banks would have remained ideal and unproductive, these scattered
amounts are collected and pooled together and made available to commerce and
industry for meeting the financial requirements.
We observed that people come into bank and wait for their number and when the
number was came they were going to collect cash , deposit cash and what ever they
want to do. The section was totally covered. And also there was a personal office,
that was the office of the branchmanager(BM) . A manager who was the head of that
branch we were going to the managers room the room was covered with glass the
manager talk to us very rudely. He said why both of you came without university
permission letter after some conversation we handled the situation and take all the
data regarding deposit products, financing products, etc. The environment of the
bank wasvery polite. There were different cabins of employees like operation
manager(BOM), accounts manager and others employees .

•1 Branch Manager (BM)
•1 Branch Operation Manager (BOM)
•1 Accounts Manager
•1 Assistant Accounts Manager
•7 Other Staff Employees
•1 Peon

information related to service of bank. The second section where there were two
