RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
2.1 OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
• Main objective of this survey is to know how technology is beneficial in future for effective
education.
• To know, do respondents (students ) have computer and smart phone to use in Ahmedabad.
• To know, how often they use computer and smart phone
• To identify the people's preference regarding internet access.
• To analyse, how much time do they spend per day on the web/ internet.
• To analyse, how people use internet to take part in different activities in their free time at home
or any other place other than study and for what purpose.
• To know whether their college or school have a learning platform of virtual learning or
not.
• To know which platform is being used in their respective colleges and schools
• To identify unique features as well as problems regarding online learning platform
practiced and how effective is learning platform to improve their learning.
• To analyse the students usage of computer, laptop ,Personal Computer (PC), notebook
with or without internet access in school or college premises in last 6 months.
• To know how often they used different gadget or tools for the learning purpose during
lesson.
• To identify the interest of student respondents regarding online courses provided by
several online portals compared to classroom teaching.
• To identify the respondents view regarding to the use of technology for education
whether it is going to be beneficial for student in future.

2.4 LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

• Researchers are all under graduate students.


• Survey limited to the Ahmedabad city only.
• It is time consuming and expensive to conduct the good research.
• Results of research depends on the quality of responses received.
• Hesitation in given personal details.
• Accuracy of the research is low.
• Timing
• Incomprehensible question.
