situation
OYO being established all over the world saw a critical hit, a decrease in 90% of its
revenue.
Like other organization OYO also turn down jobs and ends its contract with many property
owners.
But the way it coped up to help the turned down employee had impressed many.

quality measures to retain its position
As stated in its objectives it is always looking forward for Customer satisfaction and their
partners rather having an eye on Revenue alone.
