INTRODUCTION

Online Shopping the process whereby consumers directly buy jewelries

from the catalogue from a seller interactively in real time without an
intermediary service using the internet service. If an intermediary service is
present the process is called electronic Commerce. An online shop, e-shop,
internet shop, web-shop, web-store, online store or virtual store evokes the
physical analogy of buying products or services at a bricks and mortar
retailer or in a shopping mall.
The metaphor of an online catalogue is also used, by analogy with mail
order catalogue. All types of stores have retail web sites, including those
that do and do not also have physical storefronts and paper catalogue.
Online shopping is Electronic commerce used for business to business
(B2B) and business to consumers (B2C) transactions where our online
shopping has B2C transaction.
EXISTING SYSTEM

In existing system shopping can done in a manual way, the customer has
to go for shopping then is having the possibility to choose the products
whatever he wants.it is time consuming process. Thus the system has to be
automated.
It is very easy to shop your favorite items from a large number
of online shopping sites available on the internet. You can perform an online
shopping from your home comfort. Here is no need to go to the crowed
supermarkets. All types of items like cars, book, apparel, jwellery, baby care,
gifts, tools, etc. Can be shipped using online shopping system.it is very easy.
PROBLEM DEFINITION
Due to manual system lots of time is wasted unnecessary because clearness of
workers and maintain is very high difficult but by using computerized system it is
very easy.
By using computerized system one person can manage whole system
independency.  
In this system to many times is wasted for manual process but due to
computerized system one can get all necessary information at that time online and
fulfill these requirement of sales department this means we sped up the current
system.
NEED OF COMPUTERIZED SYSTEM
There are many drawbacks in manual system to overcome all
these feedback there is need of computerized.
Computer can store large amount of data.
Manually there may change of mistake while calculate like total
amount calculate are when performed on computer we get more
accuracy and fast calculation.

Software Requirements:-
The software requires foe this system is as follows
Operating System (Windows 7) Microsoft Office
Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 The Windows Application is developed in ASP.Net (Front
End) and back end database as MS-Access
OBJECTIVE
The important objectives of are:
I. To reduce error during manual process.
II. To save manpower.
III. To obtain more accuracy and fast processed.
IV. To store more data within a less time.
V. The main objective of these system is to overcome some problems that come
during existing system to provide user friendly software requirement clerk.
VI. The most important objective is to provide security which is forwarded in the
present system.
ADVANTAGES OF THE SYSTEM
I. The system have Manual work has to be reduced and Result to be received
quickly.

This developed to reduce the complexity of keeping records and time
consuming records of maintaining the record various courses.
In the computerized system we can easily fill up and find out the records. The
aim to make existing system to a computerized and make system a user friendly so
that working on system becomes east for us .To provide the user a ‘user friendly ‘
system that will satisfy requirements and help them to work comfortable system
and to present the information to manage more recently and quickly.
