SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING:
1) By social media marketing, we created a bonding in between the
students(costumers) and the company.
2) By giving regular updates of free classes and webinars on social, we
created engagement for our site.

AdWords:
3) Paid/Bid money for our company for the keywords.
4) Researched and found out best keywords for company boost up.
EMAIL MARKETING:
1) Via email marketing , developed E-Relationships with prospects and
costumers.

MS EXCEL WORK:
2) Managed data for students, and their subject wise analysis for their well-
beings.

CONTENT WRITING:
3) Blogs post: writing and publishing articles on a regular basis, helps in
engagement with the site.
4) Infographics: information given to students and their parents about the
content which shishya learning wants them to visualize.
WORK DONE AND RESULTS
Gained attention of target people by:

1) Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram posts. Uploaded up to 19


designs for better engagement on social media of company
2) Email marketing helps us to create E-relationships in between
company and 50+ students.
3) Had written content in forms of blogs, infographics for better vision
and understanding the concepts of shishya learning.
4) Sparheaded the strategy ideation team of graphic design & worked
to construct and updated the digital pages for Shishya Learning

The first design: PRMO and RMO post, in


which I understood that we should not use
header and the logo must be on the top.
In this, I understood that we don’t have to fix
more and more things to get an attractive post.

In this, I understood that, keep the background and


content in same aura.
So that audience can relate more when they see the
picture.

DISCUSSION
THE OVERALL DISCUSSION OF THIS INTERNSHIP IS:
1) Digital marketing in right now era is very important, if you want
reach your start-up/company to the target people/prospects.
2) An eLearning platform in todays world is very important, because
that’s our future.
3) The most and important thing, to grow an start-up is to have
patience, everything has a slow pace until they get fame. And the
most important fame generator in today’s world is social media.
4) The connection with the audience/ engagements, are strong when
you are able to visualize your product correctly infront of the
audience.
CONCLUSION
The Internship knowledge started with the aim to analyse the different kinds related to
marketing. Based on the discussion it has been found that in case of the digital marketing the
most important aspect is to connect with the users. The ladder of engagement has shown the
approaches to attach with the customers. The INTERNSHIP experience has also put a thought
in my mind, “that in order to utilise the digital marketing in an effective way, the companies are
required to design an effective platform.” It has shown that in the current context, it has become
important to integrate all the systems with that of the digital platform. The transition of
newspaper from the printed version to the online version has been exemplified the current
trends of the digitalisation. The research and practice of digital marketing is improving with the
advancement of technology. So basically, with time SHISHYA LEARNING will grow, in the
beginning they grew with very slow pace but when the engagement reach starts, and the target
audience will start to come up, their reach will increase with constant acceleration.
