Organization History (Summary)
In the project we discussed about adidas. In this we first talked about introduction when and how
did the company come in being. We get more information form introduction that company
worked hard and made a name for himself all over the world. In a very short time the company
made a name for itself and at the same time get a lot of fame.
 Then we talked about the company background. In it we learned that the company was
founded on the 1924. ‘50s adidas also marked the development of a world-record-holding
sprint shoe, and the first soccer cleat designed with a nylon sole, which had an immediate
impact on fit and feel. The company has six boards of directors. Together they introduced the
company brands and gave the company a profit. And then it was introduced brands in
different markets.
 In the same way time passed and the name of the company became more famous and popular.
And now adidas is the largest company in the world. And his brands which is the most
famous all over the world and very choices are made. And that’s what we found out about
this company Adidas Logo represents elegance, durability and without doubt represents a
mark of the leading sports gear in the world. The 3 striped Adidas logo was created by Adi
Dassler , founder of Adidas. Adidas Logo was first used in 1967.
 Beginning with the production of training and sports foot wear, Adidas later expanded its
production operations in leisure and apparel sector with the logo of adidas appearing on each
product. The shape of 3 stripes on the Adidas Logo represents mountain, pointing out
towards the challenges that are seen ahead and goals that can be achieved.

 One of the main targets for Adidas Mission Statement is improving sports. They have a
sports-focused culture, and they target both men and women here. They are also engaged in
various sponsorship programs designed to support the young talent and bring them the right
quality and value that they would find on the market
 Also, another core focus for Adidas Mission Statement is the idea of surpassing expectations.
The company has invested a lot of time and money to design an infrastructure-focused solely
on value, professionalism, and quality. They also have a sustainable roadmap that that's
about protecting the environment while also pursuing innovation at the highest possible

 What is the nature of Adidas? Within this report I will be writing about Adidas as
an organization and the nature of the company. Adidas is an international retailer
of sportswear that is one of the second highest profitable business in this sector
behind Nike however Adidas is hoping that through marketing itself well through
using sporting events and the new purchase of Reebok it can overtake its main
competitor as the biggest international sporting brand.
 Adidas as a brand is expanding more and more and recently purchased one of its
main rivals Reebok for .
 8 Billion which was a big step in overtaking Nike as the biggest sporting brand.
