SENTENCE
(Declarative and
Interrogative)
sentence- is a group of words that tells a
complete thought. It starts with big a
letter. It ends with this symbols ( . ), (?)
(!).

Examples:
1. Elves are short.
2. Roland played his dog.
3. That sandwich is delicious.
non-sentence- does not express a
complete thought.
1. dance gracefully

( What will Peter send?)

1. Declarative sentence- is a sentence
that tells something. It ends with a period
(.)
A declarative is also known as
statement.

I really like that dog.


She has a smart brother.
Everyone should tell the truth.
Ana is beautiful.
2. Interrogative sentence- having
the form of question, or the
sentence that ask something. It ends
with a question mark (?) it is also
called a question.
Example:
Why is hope important to our life?
What is your name?
