Some of the ideas to resolve the issue and to help the T&K
in recovering their cost are as follows: 

• Company can held a meeting in which they can call the representative from the
villages and they can discuss about the toll rate mutually. 
•
As the court has given order in the favour of T&K but the people are not
following so the company can seek the help of police also.
Implications of state government’s poor support to the project:

The state government’s poor support to the project will really have bad implications as
whatever happened in the sundar nagar bypass project, no company will invest in such
projects. 

The very first reason is that the government is not at all supportive because such a big
project needs government support which T and K was not getting at all.

  Even after the court order government was not taking any action.


The government itself was asking for concessional rates of toll for state government buses.
 Role of takeout financing in infrastructure sector:

■ The takeout finance will enable lenders to address the concern of

the hitting the sectoral limit, asset-liability mismatch and liquidity
issues which may arise by the long-term debt financing to core
projects.
■ The takeout financing scheme also encourages banks and
commercial lending institutions to more loan towards
infrastructure projects having long concession period.
