PHYSICAL FITNESS

It refers to the ability of your body by working efferently to


allow you to be fit and healthy and do your daily routine.
Fitness is defined as the capacity to carry out your daily
activities without any injuries or undue fatigue.
Physical Fitness also reduce any kind of disease you can get.
There are many kinds of exercise and it’s important to pick the
right exercise to you. If you are beginner in exercising you
need to take slow. Some exercise routine depends in your age
or how stamina you have.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO KNOW ONE’S HEALTH CONDITION

It is important to know your capability because you will know your


limit in everything’s you do, you know when to stop trying about something if
you are tired of the things someone else want you to do.
And it’s important to be healthy because your family rely on you.
It also important to know your health condition because if there’s a problem
about your body you will know what’s the cause then you can go to your doctor to do
some checkup. Some people don’t know their health condition because some
of them don’t know what to do or don’t have any
equipment to do but some of them have information
do to it but they don’t have time.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO KNOW ONE’S HEALTH CONDITION

We need to know and learned the value of knowing your


condition in your body so that you know what medicines to take or what kinds of
food you will eat. Example of you need to do in your daily routine is exercising
maybe some Zumba, Dancing, or maybe some push up. It can help your stamina so
you don’t get tired quickly. You are also energetic to do everything if you are
exercising. When you get matured you will not get any
disease in your body.

Here are some of my pictures doing my daily exercises, the


other exercises in the fitness test did not have a picture
because the equipment I’m using is not mine so I returned
the equipment to the original owner.

In doing all of these exercises It’s more like I become


responsible to do my routine and I feel like I’m
respecting my body to be fit. It’s not like I’m required to
do it but it’s seems like a full feeling if I really like
what I’m doing and if my goal is in there.
PUSH UP

In my daily routine and daily exercise


one of many things I do is push up, Push
up benefit not only the upper body it
can also benefit muscles in your arms
and triceps.

There are many types of push up but it


will be effective if your form is proper.
This kind of exercise is very good
because you don’t need or require any
equipment.
BASIC PLANK

In doing plank I’m trying to beat


my record 1:00m. By doing
plank it involve your core
muscles it can improve your
strength, your balance and
endurance.

You can improved your planking


exercise by increasing your weight
on your back. You can also do side
plank and Modified plank it can
work on your side muscles.
ZIPPER TEST

Zipper test or Shoulder flexibility


test
By doing this it can flexible your
shoulders and upper arms. Another
things is you trying to close your
two hand to each other to see how
flexible you are.

There are many type of Flexibility


testing example of those are sit
and reach, Trunk lift test and
many more.
SIT AND REACH

Sit and Reach is another type of


flexibility test it can help you
measure your lower back. Sit
and reach can avoid you injuring
your backbones and it can
correct your posture.

In here, I'm trying to low angle


shot. Doing sit and reach I see
that I’m in a good form I leaning
against the wall so that it will not
hurt my back.
HEIGHT

I’m using tape measure to


know my height
I leaning on the wall, using
the ruler I carefully looked at
my height.
HEXAGON AGILITY TEST

Hexagon Agility Test is a


jumping exercise that they
jump around the hexagon and
there have time in there watch.
I draw the hexagon using tape
and some chalk.

The scoring start when they


jump full chores and the two
best score from the trial will be
recorded. The advantage of
this exercise is that requiring
limited equipment and space.
STANDING LONG JUMP

Standing long jump required tape


measure so that you will measure
your jump one at a time.

Standing long jump also included


in Olympics the measurement
used was the longest of
three tries.
STORK BALANCE STAND TEST

Stork Balance is when the person


abilities to maintain their balance
in one position. The more you are
better in balancing the more you
are not quickly injured.

After you do the balance test


in your right foot you need to
do it in your left so that it will
be balance.
